An Online Business Manager plays a critical role in helping businesses run efficiently, grow strategically, and achieve their goals. By managing day-to-day operations, team dynamics, and strategic initiatives, an OBM allows business owners to focus on their core strengths and vision for the business.

Our Online Business Manager services require a minimum commitment of 20 hours per month at a rate of $30 per hour. This package also includes a complimentary weekly 15-minute meeting to address and plan your weekly business objectives. A virtual consultation and contract are required before services can be rendered.

Services provided by our Online Business Manager (OBM):

1. Project Management:

  • Documentation: Ensures that all processes are well-documented and that documentation is kept up-to-date.

4. Marketing and Sales Support:

  • Strategy Development: Collaborates with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Oversees the execution of marketing campaigns and tracks their performance.
  • Sales Processes: Supports the sales team by managing sales funnels, tracking leads, and ensuring follow-ups.

5. Financial Oversight:
